It’s 3 a.m. and you’ve got class in the morning.. Well in a few hours. Oh 3 a.m., we haven’t missed you!
At one point or another, everyone’s been there: laying in bed, trying to get some rest but it’s just not happening. You’ve tried counting sheep but it’s just not happening. Falling asleep seems like one of the easiest things to do, but can be hard when you’ve got a million things around you distracting you (*cough cough cell phone*). As of recently, I’ve been having a real hard time falling asleep at night and I want to share a few things that may help you fall asleep, which have helped me!
So for the past year or so I’ve been wanting to participate in the Fit Girl’s Challenge, but for some reason I couldn’t commit to taking the plunge. I love pasta and bread, and the thought of not being able to eat that when I want and how I want was a little nerve wrecking. And as much as I wanted to begin, I didn’t want to start something I couldn’t finish. I was scrolling through Instagram last week when I saw that the next Fit Girl’s Challenge was going to begin mid-to-late April, and I decided that this time around I’d participate. I’m starting my Fit Girl’s Challenge on April 16.
Traveling is great but sometimes can be expensive. It’s no secret that I want to travel and really explore the world. These past couple of weeks I’ve been looking into different travel destinations I’d like to see once I graduate from college, and I figured I’d share a list of some of the cheapest places I’ve found that may be good places to travel this 2017 year!
Our third day in California was pretty busy. This was our day to do all of the little things we wanted to do. Prior to leaving for California I told Dom that Beverly Hills was one places I definitely wanted to check out during our trip, and this was the day we did it.
March of 2017 was exciting for me. I was able to check out some new cities in Florida, as well as travel some new cities outside of the state. Prior to these trips I hadn’t been on a plane since December of 2015 when I went to New York on Christmas and surprised some of my family. Before coming to UF, I traveled a lot more throughout the U.S. These past few trips I’ve been on made me realize how much I love and miss traveling. In hopes that I will be using these tips for myself sometime soon (a girl can dream), I have put together a list of five items I cannot travel without.
